Lubec Memorial Library will be showing a 1930's logging film, featuring Machias Lumber Co. showing how timber was harvested by hand, transported on horse-drawn sleds, processed in a steam powered mill, and shipped by schooners to NYC. Come enjoy this slice of local history!
