Art Opening and Tintype Demonstration is Saturday, October 5th at 2:30 pm. Exhibit during library hours during the month of October.
John DiMartino, Jr. is a Lubec-based, large-format photographer working in the historic wet-plate collodion ("tintype") photographic process. His artistic practice involves outdoor natural-light photography using a darkroom in the back of his pick-up truck to document people, culture, and environment through landscape and portrait work.
