45th Parallel Marker.  Located next to US Rte. 1, north of Rte 190, a stone marker represents the midway point between the Equator and the North Pole.
   
Sipayik
The Waponahki Indian Museum at Pleasant Point, (Sipayik), on Route 190 towards Eastport, provides a history of the Passamaquoddy Indians.  Artifacts, photos, tools, baskets, arts and crafts educate the visitor about this Indian culture.
